There
are literally hundreds of financial news events released around the
clock from all over the world. The key is to concentrate on news
releases that have an immediate impact on the market. This is my top
most trading strategy which I will be sharing. The secret behind this
is to trade news that are HOT
OR HIGH IMPACTING;
that is means immediately the news data is released, market tends to
react to it for the first 15-45 minutes. What we do is to trade the
news outcome. How do we do this? Very simple:
Before
the start of the week, Saturdays and Sundays I visit these three
sites:

to Check for upcoming news for the week. For example:
The
above is the screen shot of forexfactory. Our focus will be to trade
high impact with box red. In the above (Monday) to be precise we
don't have that but lets scroll down to Tuesday as we see some of
such.
The
first trade I would take this week would be EUR by 10:00. I would
stay glue to my system by 09:55. Refresh the website; www.forexfactory.com, immediately the news is released, if it is
positive, the figure would be GREEN and if negative the figure would
be RED. If Green, then I place a 5-minute trade of RISE OR CALL as
the case may be and if Red, I trade otherwise. All within 5 minutes
expiry.
This
trading system is very good if you are the busy type.
